Not so much a headcanon as a must be known fact, Mickey’s many various tattoo’s include a tramp stamp.

Headcanon:
Due to being a complete momma’s boy to an Irish Catholic mother, Mickey was raised to not just respect but fear women. Treating any woman like anything less than a proper lady would earn him a proper whipping with a wooden spoon.

Because of this Mickey doesn’t have the faintest clue of how to interact with women, and has a hard time being comfortable and letting his guard down around them.

This is probably why is always seen surrounded by only men.
